Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 Notice is hereby given that I, Maria Henshaw, Has applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Mainsgill Farm Shop, East Layton, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL11 7PN. The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol and 08:00 to 22:00 hours, seven days a week. Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing to the address shown above and recieved by: 20-10-2020 application stating the grounds for representation. It is an offence under S.158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
