Notice is hereby given that I Mr Gary Spence Have applied to Richmondshire District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Little Drummer Boy Tea Room, 14 Finkle Street, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 4QB. It is an offence under S.158 Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
