Keith Wildman applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 7th October 2014 for a licence to use the premises at 45-47 North Parade, Bradford, BD1 3JH for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00 - 23:00, Friday to Saturday 10:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 23:00.Representations should be made in writing to Environmental & Regulatory Services, Licensing Team, Jacobs Well, Bradford, BD1 5RW by 4th November 2014.Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:30 Friday. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application which carries a maximum fine of £5000.Dated 7th October 2014.
