Take Notice that application is being made by: Theakston Estates LTD. For Planning permission to: Replace an extant planning permission, in order to extend the time limit for implementation of an application for approximately 310 dwellings with associated landscaping, including a 3.9ha community wildlife area and improvements to infrastructure including the provision of 2 no. roundabouts.
