DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 13 PARISH OF HIGH CONISCLIFFE) DIVERSION ORDER 2020
The above named Order made on the 16th March 2020 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the length of public footpath described in Part 1 of the Schedule to the route described in Part 2 of the Schedule below. A copy of the Order, the Order Map and a location plan may be seen free of charge at Darlington Borough Council, 17 Allington Way, Darlington DL1 4QB from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the documents may be bought there at the price of £1. These can also be viewed on the Council's website at the following address www.darlington.gov.uk/environment-and-planning/rights-of-way
Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Assistant Director - Law and Governance, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT (ref: AE) or by email to footpathorders® darlington.gov.uk not later than the 20th April 2020. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

Footpath No. 13|Starting at Point A, NZ 23337 14569 going east along the bank of the River Tees to Point B, NZ 23638 14601 at the junction with Footpath No. 5 (High Coniscliffe). The width is unspecified
DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF NEW FOOTPATH IN HIGH CONISCLIFFE
Footpath No. 13 Starting at Point A, NZ 23337 14569 going north-east along field headland to Point C, NZ 23409 14771 where it meets Footpath No. 5 (High Coniscliffe). The width is 12 metres.
