ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CORK STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

The closure is in place to enable replacement of waste water frame and cover Diversion route is via Bond Street, Wash Lane, and Ormond Street, Fountain Street North and Back Manor Street and vice versa.

The proposed Order comes into operation on 16/03/20 Night Time Working Only -and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 1 night) Dated 12 March 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (COUNTESS LN/RADCLIFFE MOOR RD, RADCLD7FE) TEMPORARY 10MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along the following length(s) of road at a speed not exceeding lOmph:-

THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (DUNDEE LANE, TANNERS STREET AND CARR STREET AREAS, RAMSBOTTOM) (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Council proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). The effect of the Order is to restrict the weight of vehicles on the roads below as follows:-3.5 TONNES WEIGHT RESTRICTION (EXCEPT FOR ACCESS) All lengths of roads at - Carr Street, Dundee Lane, Tanners Street, Callender Street, Holt Street West, Alfred Street; and all side streets accessed by any of the above roads.

The reason for the proposed order is to enable works associated with a new residential housing development to be carried out.

The alternative route will be via Bury New Road and Manchester Road and vice versa.
