ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CORK STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Cork Street, Bury junction with Bond Street - Temp Rd Closure. (Night time working)
The closure is in place to enable replacement of waste water frame and cover Diversion route is via Bond Street, Wash Lane, and Ormond Street, Fountain Street North and Back Manor Street and vice versa.
The proposed Order comes into operation on 16/03/20 Night Time Working Only -and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 1 night) Dated 05/03/20 Council Solicitor
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (COUNTESS LN/RADCLIFFE MOOR RD, RADCLD7FE) TEMPORARY 10MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along the following length(s) of road at a speed not exceeding lOmph:-Countess Ln/Radcliffe Moor Rd, Radcliffe - from Stopes Rd to Launceston Rd The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works The proposed Order will come into operation on 16/03/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 4 weeks, to be implemented as & when required by the works.
