ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BRANDLESHOLME ROAD, BURY) TEMPORARY 10 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Temporary Mandatory Speed limit of 10 mph to allow for convoy working through roadworks at pinch points along Brandlesholme Road, Bury. Convoy to be in operation intermittently and only when required.

The Order will come into operation on 02/03/20 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 4 weeks). Dated 05/03/2020 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council Pursuant to S23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, propose to construct a zebra crossing on Bridge Road Bury, approximately 65m south of Tenterden Street. A copy of the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within it), a plan showing the roads and area affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the reception desk at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury during normal office hours
