ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BACK MERTON STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

Back Merton Street, Bury - Temp Closure.

The closure is in place to enable electrical works to be carried out in carriageway Diversion route is via Merton Street, Hulme Street, and Woodhill Vale and vice versa.

The proposed Order comes into operation on 02/03/20 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks) Dated 20th February 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BOLTON STREET, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along:-

The closure is in place to enable electrical works to be carried out in footway Diversion route is via footways of subway opposite Lower Woodhill Road and subway opposite Carlyle Street and vice versa

The proposed Order comes into operation on 02/03/20 and remains in force for up to 3 months (anticipated duration of works - 4 weeks) Dated 20" February 2020 Council Solicitor

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (CROSS LANE, RAMSBOTTOM) TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 2020 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

The closure will come in to place to enable electrical works to take place.

Alternative route will be via Lumb Carr Rd, Branch Rd and Holcombe Old Rd vice

versa

The proposed Order will come into operation on Saturday 02-03-2020 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, (Anticipated duration of works -1 week)
