LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd January 2020 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Durham County Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The High Crown Public House, Front Street, Chester le Street DH3 3AZ. The proposed variation is:-To amend the plan that attaches to the premises licence in accordance with the plan deposited with the Licensing Authority. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, Environment, Health & Consumer Protection, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ or to

no later than 19th February 2020 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Durham County Council and the record of the application may be inspected at Durham County Council, Licensing Services, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS during normal office hours, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, by appointment. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
