Notice of confirmation of a Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Section 53, Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, District of Craven (Outside the Yorkshire Dales National Park), Definitive Map & Statement, Public footpath No 05.5/105, Shakey Bridge, Bentham Modification Order 2010 On 16/12/19, The Secretary of State confirmed the above named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map by adding the Footpath commencing at Grid Reference SD6793 6861 at the point where Footpath No 05.5/93 joins this Footpath No 05.5.105 it then proceeds to follow the River Wenning on its northern bank for approximately 350 metres, to Grid Reference SD6761 6865 the path continues to follow the River Wenning northern river bank proceeding a northerly direction for approximately 99 metres then heading in a westerly direction for approximately 236 metres continuing to follow the River Wenning northern river bank, to Grid Reference SD6738 6879 the path leaves the river bank and heads in a north westerly direction heading along the north eastern side of the field boundary for approximately 137 metres, to Grid Reference SD6726 6883 where the footpath joins Footpath No 05.5/38 at the end of the route. A copy of the order as confirmed & the Order Map have been placed & may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Bentham Community Library, Main Street, High Bentham, LA2 7JU until 20/02/20. Copies of the Order & Map may be purchased there at a reasonable cost. The Order comes into force on 16/12/19, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made under ttie Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Schedule 15(12) to the Act, within 6 weeks from 09/01/20, make an application to the High Court.

Notice of Confirmation of a Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council, Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, The District Of Craven (Outside The Yorkshire Dales National Park), Definitive Map & Statement, Footpath No 05.39/59, From Strikes Lane To Ravenstones, Sutton-I n-Craven Modification Order 2011 On 03/10/19, The Secretary of State confirmed the above named Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the Definitive Map by adding the Footpath, commencing at the northern end of the public maintainable highway Strikes Lane at GR SE 0126 4356, continues in a generally easterly direction for approximately 6 metres to a pedestrian gate at GR SE 0126 4356, continues in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 58 metres to GR SE 0130 4360, continues in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 34 metres to a field gate at GR SE 0134 4361, continues in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 26 metres to GR SE 0135 4363, continues in a generally east north easterly direction for approximately 192 metres to Raven Stones at GR SE 0152 4371. A copy of the order as confirmed & the Order Map have been placed & may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Skipton Library, High Street, Skipton, BD23 1JX until 20/02/20. Copies of the Order & Map may be purchased there at a reasonable cost. The Order comes into force on 03/10/19, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under Schedule 15 (12) to the Act, within 6 weeks from 09/01/20, make an application to the High Court.
