MOORSIDE ROAD, ECCLESHILL, BRADFORD

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC (NO 1168) ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of cable connection works proposed to be executed on or near Moorside Road, Eccleshill intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Moorside Road from its junction with Musgrave Road to its junction with Delverne Grove.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Moorside Road (unaffected section), Harrogate Road, Leeds Road, Musgrave Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into effect on 2nd January 2020 and remain in force until 15th January 2020 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
