(FOOTPATH 90, LEIGH-ON-SEA) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2019 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1)

Notice is hereby given that the Southend-on-Sea Borough Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Footpath 90 from Marine Parade (near to Burnham Road) to Belton Way East.

To temporarily close that length of Footpath 90 from Marine Parade (near to Burnham Road) to Belton Way East.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th November 2019 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting and continues from the Notice that came into force on 13th November 2019

The alternative route will be via Marine Parade, Belton Way East and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 25th November and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works are carried out on the path.
