North Yorkshire County Council, Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking, District of Hambleton, Amendment No 1, Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1 (1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) and 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act and under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend "North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting and Loading and Provision of Parking) (District of Hambleton) Consolidation Order 2013" by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedules below:- Schedule 1 - Waiting Prohibited at All Times with exemptions restrictions - Colstan Road North/West side from its junction with Crosby Road, south westwards for a distance of 114.5 metres; Colstan Road South/East side from its junction with Crosby Road, south westwards for a distance of 99.5 metres; Colstan Road West side from a point 139.5 metres from its junction with Crosby Road, southwards for a distance of 14.5 metres; Colstan Road West side from its junction with Mill Hill Lane, north for a distance of 10 metres; Colstan Road Eastfrom its junction with Mill Hill Lane, north for a distance of 10 metres; Colstan Road East from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road spur (serving property nos. 6 to 24 evens) north for a distance of 20.8 metres; Colstan Road East side from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road spur (serving property nos. 6 to 24 evens) south for a distance of 25.8 metres; Colstan Road spur (serving property nos. 6 to 24 evens) North side from its junction with Colstan Road, eastwards for a distance of 17 metres; Colstan Road spur (serving property nos. 6 to 24 evens) South side from its junction with Colstan Road, eastwards for a distance of 17 metres; Mill Hill Lane North side from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road, westwards for a distance of 22 metres; Mill Hill Lane North side from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road, eastwards for a distance of 18.6 metres; Crosby Road West from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road, northwards for a distance of 14.5 metres; Crosby Road West side from its junction with the centre line of Colstan Road southwards for a distance of 14 metres; Crosby Road West side from its junction with the centre line of Millfield Avenue, northwards for a distance of 24.5 metres; Crosby Road West side from its junction with the centre line of Millfield Avenue, southwards for a distance of 23 metres; Crosby Road East side from its junction with the centre line of Prospect View, northwards for a distance of 15 metres; Crosby Road East side from its junction with the centre line of Prospect View, southwards for a distance of 15 metres; Millfield Avenue North/West side from its junction with Crosby Road, south westwards for a distance of 98.5 metres; Millfield Avenue South/East side from its junction with Crosby Road, south westwards for a distance of 104.5 metres; Prospect View North side from its junction with Crosby Road, eastwards for a distance of 10 metres; Prospect View South side from its junction with Crosby Road, eastwards for a distance of 10 metres. Schedule 2 - Waiting Prohibited between 10am and 3pm - Monday to Friday only with exemptions restrictions - Colstan Road West side from a point 10 metres from its junction with Mill Hill Lane, north / north westwards for a distance of 277.8 metres; Colstan Road East from a point 10 metres from its junction with Mill Hill Lane, northwards for a distance of 61.8 metres; Colstan Road East side from a point 118 metres from its junction with Mill Hill Lane, north / north westwards for a distance of 218 metres. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Northallerton Library, 1 Thirsk Road, Northallerton, DL6 1PT during normal office hours from 01/11/19 & also viewed online at
