NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Michael Bibby, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: The White Swan, 66 Hope Street, Crook, Co. Durham. DH15 9HT for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- The sale of alcohol from 10.00 am until 12.00 midnight Sunday to Thursday and from 10.00 am until 1.30 am on Friday and Saturday. The provision of regulated entertainment from 10.00 am until 11.30 pm Sunday to Thursday and from 10.00 am until 1.00 am on Friday and Saturday. Sale of alcohol and entertainment from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Years Day. The provision of late night refreshment from 11.00 pm until 12 midnight Sunday to Thursday and from 11.00pm until 1.00 am Friday and Saturday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
