NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE PREMISES: 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington, County Durham APPLICANTS: William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns TAKE NOTICE that we William Spencer Burns and Audrey Mary Burns have applied to Darlington Borough Council for the grant of renewal of a Licence for the purposes of Section 2 of the above Act to use the premises situated at and know as 41-43 Grange Road, Darlington, County Durham as a Sex Establishment. Any representation about this application must be made by the 09 April 2015. In writing and send to: Licensing section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington, Country Durham. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fee for such a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
