North Yorkshire County Council, Prohibition of Vehicles in excess of 2 metres wide, Brough Hall Bridge, Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1), 2(2), 2(4) and 3(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to restrict any vehicle in excess of 2 metres (6'6") wide, from proceeding along any road or length of road specified below. Schedule - Vehicles in excess of 2.0 metres and/or 6 feet 6 inches in width will be prohibited from passing over Brough Hall Bridge plus an approximate distance of 5 metres on each approach. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Colburn Library, Broadway, Catterick Garrison, DL9 4RF during normal office hours until 14/10/19 and also viewed online atwww.northyorks.gov.uk/roadworks-map
. If you wish to object to the proposed Order, you should send the grounds for your objection, in writing, addressed to Area 1 Highways Office, Gatherley Road Industrial Estate, Brompton on Swale, DUO 7JQ by 14/10/19.
