Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order, Highways Act 1980 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, North Yorkshire County Council Public Bridleway 10.75/020 (part) Westwood Farm, Ingleby Greenhow Diversion Order 2019 The above Order, made on 30/08/19 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A (2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert the public bridleway described below and modify The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the North York Moors National Park accordingly. Bridleway 10.75/020 starting at GR NZ 5785 0423 proceeding in a generally easterly then southerly then easterly direction for approximately 179 metres will be diverted onto a new line starting at GR NZ 5785 0425 proceeding easterly through a bridlegate at GR NZ 5786 0425 then easterly to a gap at GR NZ 5797 0426 then south easterly through a field gate to GR NZ 5801 0423. A copy of the Order and Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Stokesley Community Library - The Globe, Town Close, North Road, Stokesley, TS9 5DH North Yorkshire until 11/10/19. Copies of the Order and map may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2.00, or can be downloaded free from our website

. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Rachel Tyrer, Definitive Map Team at the above address to arrive not later than 11/10/19. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/ representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Dated 13/09/2019
