Notice is hereby given tat Alan Herbert has applied to Durham County Council on Monday 22nd July 2019 for the grant of a new premises licence for Congbum Nurseries, Edmondsley Durham DH7 6DY. Die business operates as a nursery with a cafe and shop, offering daytime/early evening cafe use, an event/Function space, of sales from the shop and delivery from the shop and florist. The proposed hours and acMes are as follows:

(1) Supply of alcohol 08:00 to 00:00 every day (on sales 11:00 to OGOO/ofl sales 08:00 to 00:00) (Subject to conditions and including delivev - in association with gifts and a florist);



(2) live music and recorded music 1110 to 00:00 Every day; (3) Late night refreshment 23:00 to 00:30 Every Day; Opening Hours and Dm 0810 to 00:30 Every Day. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application.
