Burneston (30 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified below:-B6285 /C45 (village main street) from a point 194 metres south of the centre line of the junction of the B6285 and Church Wynd northwards to a point 195.5 metres north of the centre line of the junction of the B6285 and Pennine View. B6285 Church Wynd/ Burneston Hargill from a point 300 metres west of the junction of the B6285 and the A6055 westwards to the junction of the B6285 and Church Wynd. (30 Mph Speed Limit) (Hornby) Order 2019 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road at Hornby specified below:- C1 Hornby from centreline of junction at Grange Arms pub heading south west, 132.7m from centre of line markings at carriageway junction outside the Grange Arms pub. Ends at NSL terminal signs. C1 Hornby from centreline of junction at Grange Arms pub heading north east, 466.0m from the centre of line markings at carriageway junction outside the Grange Arms pub. Ends at NSL terminal signs. C1 Hornby from centreline of junction at Grange Arms pub heading north west, 75.0m from the centre of line markings at the carriageway junction outside the Grange Arms pub. Ends at NSL terminal signs. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton and at Northallerton Library, 1 Thirsk Road, Northallerton, DL6 1PT during normal office hours from 26/07/19 and also viewed online at
