Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpaths 20.70/15/1 Wensley & 20.45/11/1 Middleham, Order 2019, No. 41 Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpaths 20.70/15/1 Wensley & 20.45/11/1 Middleham, between grid reference SE09128938 & SE11418869 due to river bank erosion & health & safety concerns has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 15/01/20 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, B62668 Sussex Street/Masham Road, Bedale from Market Place to Knabbs Quarry, Order 2019, No. 260 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the B6268 Sussex Street/Masham Road, Bedale, from Market Place to Knabbs Quarry a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 27/07/19 & 15/09/19, due to works. 30 MPH Speed Limit, Newton Le Willows & 40 Mph Speed Limit, Newton Le Willows, Order 2019, No.19 Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road at Newton le Willows specified below:-

Brompton Road - From a point 155 metres north of its junction with the northern side of its junction with the road leading south westwards out of the village (known locally as Station Road), (measured along the western kerbline), southwards to a point 70 metres south of its junction with the southern side of its junction with Sinks Lane (measured along the eastern kerb line). Sinks Lane - From its junction with Brampton Road, eastwards For a distance of 260 metres (measured along the southern kerb line). Road Leading South Westwards From Village (Known Locally As Station Road) -From its junction with Brompton Road south westwards to a point 60 metres north east of its junction with the centre line of the vehicular access to 'Beech Wood House'. Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire County Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which will be to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 miles per hour on any length of road at Newton le Willows specified below:- Road Leading South Westwards From Village (Known Locally As Station Road) - From a point 60 metres north east of its junction with the centre line of the vehicular access to 'Beech Wood House', south westwards to a point 55 metres north east of its junction with the eastern side of the vehicular access to 'Primrose Farm'. A copy of the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Bedale Library, Bedale Hall during normal office hours from 12/0/19 and also viewed online at
