Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, The District Of Hambleton (Outside The North York Moors National Park) Definitive Map And Statement, Public Footpath No. 10.37/15 Danby Wiske With Lazonby, Modification Order 2019 The Above Order, Made On 01/07/19, If Confirmed As Made, Will Modify The Definitive Map And Statement For The Area By Adding The Public Footpath Commencing At GR SE 3367 9861 And Running Generally South-South West For Approximately 58 Metres To GR SE 3366 9856. A Copy Of The Order As Made And The Order Map May Be Seen Free Of Charge During Normal Office Hours At Northallerton Library, 1 Thirsk Road, Northallerton Until 09/08/19.  Copies Of The Order And Map May Be Purchased From Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD (Tel: 01609 532512) At A Cost Of £2.00, Or Can Be Downloaded Free From Our Website Www.Northyorks.Gov.Uk/Pathnotices. Any Representation Or Objection Relating To The Order Must Be Sent In Writing To “Ron Allan, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD”, No Later Than 09/08/19, Stating The Grounds On Which It Is Made. Please Note That Objections/Representations Cannot Be Treated As Confidential And May Come Into The Public Domain. Copies Of Any Objections Or Representations Received May Be Disclosed To Interested Parties, Including The Planning Inspectorate Where The Case Is Referred To It For Determination. If No Representations Or Objections Are Duly Made To The Order, Or To Any Part Of It, Or If Any So Made Are Withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council, Instead Of Submitting The Order To The Secretary Of State Or Part Of It If The Authority Has By Notice To The Secretary Of State So Elected Under Paragraph 5 Of Schedule 15 To The Wildlife And Countryside Act 1981 May Itself Confirm The Order Or That Part Of The Order.  If The Order Is Submitted To The Secretary Of State For The Environment, In Whole Or In Part, Any Representations Or Objections Which Have Been Duly Made And Not Withdrawn Will Be Sent With It.
Notice Of The Making Of A Definitive Map Modification Order, North Yorkshire County Council
Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981, The North York Moors National Park Definitive Map And Statement Public Bridleway No. 10.171/092, Whorlton, Modification Order 2019. The above Order, made on 01/07/19, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading the public footpath to a bridleway commencing at GR SE 4912 0160 and running generally south-south east for approximately 435 metres via an existing field gate at GR SE 4924 0149 to an existing bridle-gate at GR 4934 0124 where it joins Bridleway No. 10.171/078. A copy of the order as made and the Order Map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Northallerton Library, 1 Thirsk Road, Northallerton until 09/08/19.  Copies of the Order and Map may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2.00, or can be downloaded free from our website ww.northyorks.gov.uk/pathnotices. Any representation or objection relating to the Order must be sent in writing to “Ron Allan, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, DL7 8AD”, no later than 09/08/19 stating the grounds on which it is made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. If no representations or objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State or part of it if the Authority has by notice to the Secretary of State so elected under paragraph 5 of Schedule 15 to the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 may itself confirm the Order or that part of the Order.  If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment, in whole or in part, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
