ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (TANNERS STREET, RAMSBOTTOM) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Tanners Street, Ramsbottom from its junction with Dundee Lane to its junction with Carr Street - Temporary Road Closure

The closure is in place to enable resurfacing of carriageway in a safe and practical manner.

The diversion route will be via Dundee Lane, Bolton Street and Carr Street and vice versa.

Emergency access will be maintained if required, access will be available for residents in an evening and early morning.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 07 July 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 4 weeks).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (UPPER WILTON STREET AND WOODWARD ROAD, PRESTWICH) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

1) Upper Wilton Street, Prestwich - between Bury Old Road and Wilton Street



2) Woodward Road, Prestwich - between Butterstile Lane and No. 36 Woodward Road



3) Woodward Road, Prestwich - between Venwood Road and No. 70 Woodward Road



The reason for the proposed order is to fiicilitate carriageway resurfacing works. The alternative routes will be:-

1) Via Bury Old Road, Newtown Street and Wilton Street and vice-versa.



2) Via Butterstile Lane, Carr Avenue and Kershaw Avenue and vice-versa.



3) Via Venwood Road and Butterstile Lane and vice-versa.



The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 14 July 2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 12 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 7 weeks (between 14 July 2019 and 27 October 2019). Dated 04 July 2019 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be>

to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along Withins Ln, Radcliffe - from Bury Rd to a point 20m south of Betley St

to prohibit any pedestrians from proceeding along the Adopted footway between 48 and 51 Wilton Gdns

The reason for the proposed order is to fecifitate gas main replacement works.

The alternative routes will be:

Via Bury Rd and Eton Hill Rd and vice versa.

Via Wilton Gdns, Bright St and Betley St and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into operation on 15/07/19 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 3 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks. Dated 04/07/19 Council Solicitor
