Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980, Section 119 North Yorkshire County Council Bridleway No. 20.38/4 St Johns Chapel, Hunton, Richmond Diversion Order 2019 The above Order, made on 09/05/19, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public bridleway described below. Bridleway No. 20.38/4 running generally east, south then east from GR 41917 49279 to GR 41925 49272 will be diverted onto a new route from GR 41925 49272 and running north to a bridle gate in field boundary at GR 41925 49273, then continuing generally north west to GR 41921 49279, then running north to a bridle gate in field boundary at GR 41920 49286, then running generally north north west to Church Lane at GR 41920 49286. The new route will be 3 metres wide throughout on a natural surface. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Bedale community library, 2 North End, Bedale, DL8 1AA until 21/06/19. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Mike Lee, Definitive Map Officer, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL7 8AD not later than 21/06/19. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential and may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Dated 09/05/19
