MADDISON The family of the late Maureen would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives and friends for all the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thanks also for cards of condolence and donations to the Special Baby Care Unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital. Thank you to her carers from Dale Care, Doctors from The Auckland Medical Practice, district nurses and the staff on ward 44, Darlington Memorial Hospital for all their care and support. Thanks to the Reverend Emma Johnson for a lovely service and to Scott and the staff at Blenkiron and Sons Funeral Directors for their help and support in making the funeral arrangements
