BOLAM The family of the late Norma Margaret Bolam would sincerely like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the beautiful flowers, cards of condolence and messages of sympathy received in their recent bereavement. Thanks also to the doctors and nurses for their care and a special thanks to the district nurses and everyone at St Teresa’s Hospice without who’s help we would not have been able to cope.
