HILLERBY The family of the late David wish to express their thanks to Doctor Luke, District Nurses, Nightingale carers, Marie Curie, Tony McCoy and St Teresa's Hospice for all the care given to David. Thank you to friends and neighbours for the kindness given, thank you for the cards of condolence and donations to St Teresa's Hospice. Thank you to Rev Michael King, Sedgefield Village Veterans and The Co op Funeral Service.
