WALLACE John Ann, Lynne and family would like to thank everyone for the cards and comforting messages of condolences received. A special thank you to all the staff at the Renal Unit, James Cook Hospital for the dedicated care given to John. Also thank you to the Community Nursing Team and Ambulance Crews. Thank you to Reverend Lloyd Evans, to everyone who attended the service and also to James and John Blenkiron for their guidance and support.
