NELSON Barry Pat, Sharon and Mark would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their lovely cards, their kindness, sympathy and flowers. With special thanks to: The Staff of Ward 51 who looked after Barry while he was in Hospital, the District Nurses, Macmillan Nurses who visited him at home. The Rapid Response Team from St Teresa's Hospice for their outstanding care given to Barry at home. To Karen (Lung Cancer Specialist) who was always at the end of the phone when needed. To the Reverend Tony Roach for his lovely service and sense of humour. To the East End Club for their hospitality. To family and friends for their donations for St Teresa's Hospice, raising £410. To David & his team from Whitehouse Funeral Service for their help and support at this difficult time.
