BUTLER Clive Clive's family would like to express their immense gratitude to the staff of Darlington Memorial Hospital ITU2, for their kindness and their wonderful care for Clive in his last days. Also many thanks to Canon Richard Cooper and the Reverend Chris Lawton, Rector of St Gregory's, Crakehall, for their part in Clive's funeral service and to Little Crakehall Church. Thanks too to Braithwaite florist & Keith Parlour, Bedale & District Funeral Directors.
