MACMILLAN Angus Campbell Kim and the family of the late Angus Campbell Macmillan would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Grateful thanks also for the cards, letters of condolence and donations to Great North Air Ambulance Service. Special thanks to all of the carers and nurses from Dale Care, Charles Dickens Lodge and West Lodge Nursing Home for their care and compassion shown to Angus. Thanks also to Annette for a comforting service and to Helen and the staff of Hardy's Funeral Service.
