CHURCHER Barbara (nee Bott) Former College Lecturer peacefully in hospital on January 22, in Glossop. Barbara, aged 95 years, dearly beloved wife of the late Walter John and a much loved mother of Karen Frances. Will be sadly missed by her family, many friends, colleagues and former students. Cremation at Durham Crematorium on Friday, February 3 at 1.00 p.m., to be followed by Service of Thanksgiv-ing at Chester-le-Street Methodist Church at 2.15 p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers if so desired to Action for Children or Methodist Homes for the Aged care of Mr T Anderson, Tudor Cott-age, Wedmans Lane, Rotherwick, Hants RG27 9BN.
