BELL On January 25, peacefully at home, of Kepier Crescent Gilesgate Moor, Durham. Joe, aged 71 years, a beloved husband of Doris, a much missed dad of Angela, Stephen and Trevor and beloved grandad. Friends please meet for service in St. Mary Magdalene Church Belmont on Thursday, February 3 at 2.15 p.m., followed by cremation at Durham.
