FURNESS Sherburn Village On October 20 (peacefully) in Bowburn Care Home. Doris, aged 89 years, late of Cummings Avenue. Devoted wife of the late Billy, much loved mother of George and the late Joy, loving mother-in-law of Fred and Teresa, also much loved grandmother of Keith, Phillip, Garry, David, Susan, Susan and Helen and sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral to take place on Thursday October 28. Would friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium at 11.30 a.m. Family flowers only please by request. Donations in lieu if desired to: The Alzheimers Society plate provided at crematorium.
