RACE August 26, peacefully at home with his family in Bishop Auckland. Alan, aged 73 years, beloved husband of the late Rhoda, also much loved dad, grandad, great-grandad, brother, brother-in-law and un-cle. Will friends please meet for service in St. Andrews Church at 1.15 p.m. on Thursday September 2, followed by cremation at The Wear Valley Cremator-ium, Coundon. Family flowers only. Donati-ons in memory may be given for The Macmill-an Cancer Trust. After the service all are welcome for refreshments at Close House WMC.
