FITZPATRICK John Henry Passed away peacefully on 4th October at home aged 79 years. Devoted husband to Lesley, dearly loved father to Anne and father-in-law to Andrew. Loving grandad to Megan, also a dear friend to many. Would family and friends please meet for service at Durham Crematorium on Friday 22nd October at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired are for Marie Curie
