MORRELL Jean (née Bell) aged 91 years of Barnard Castle, died peacefully at The Manor House on July 23, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved wife of the late Bob, much loved mam of Michael, Jayne and Stephen, treasured mother-in-law of Judyth, Michael and Alison, and special nanna and great-nanna. Funeral to be held at Wear Valley Crematorium on Friday, August 6, at 11.30 a.m. For those unable to attend the funeral, the cortege will pass the War Memorial on Galgate, Barnard Castle at approximately 10.30 a.m. Family flowers only. Donations if desired for Alzheimer's Society may be sent care of John Blenkiron and Sons Ltd, Funeral Directors 19, Galgate, Barnard Castle. DL12 8EQ
