GIBSON April 9, peacefully at home with his loving family at his side, after a long illness, bravely borne with great courage and dignity, Ryan James Alexander of Crook, aged 17 years. Beloved and cherished son of Donna and Neil. A very dear stepson of ryan, a loving brother to adam. A loving and much loved grandson, especially of Pauline and Eric. Also a special nephew, cousin and friend to his carer Jill. "Our fighter" will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will be held in St. Catherine's Church, Crook on Tuesday April 20, at 10.30am. An interment will follow in Crook Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in memory of Ryan may be offered to Dreamcatcher PSP. Mourners are requested to wear football shirts or items of red clothing. No formal mourning clothes please. All are welcome to pay their respects outside church, adhering to social distancing guidelines.
