PIPER Steve of Darlington passed away peacefully at home after a short illness, on February 26 aged 64 years. Much loved son of Mabel and the late Eddie, beloved husband of Christine, devoted dad of Lisa, Stephen, Sarah and Paul, also a treasured grandad and brother. Due to the current circumstances a small funeral will take place in Darlington Crematorium on Thursday March 11. The funeral cortege will go past the Travellers Rest Pub, Cockerton at 11am to allow Steve's friends to say their final goodbyes.
