CHAPMAN (nee Yeates) Jean of Darlington peacefully in Elderwood Care Home on February 9, aged 91 years. A much loved wife of the late Norman. Dearly loved mam to Carole and Kathleen. A much loved mother-in-law to Alan and Simon. A loving grandma to Kate. Funeral service to take place at Darlington Crematorium on Monday March 1, at 9.45am. Due to current circumstances a private family service will take place. Jean's family would like to thank Elderwood Care Home for the care given to Jean.
