KEELTY Christopher John On January 5, peacefully in hospital surrounded by his family. Chris aged 61 years, much loved partner of Philip, loving dad of Alexandra, a dear brother of Annette and the late Vincent and a much loved son of the late John and Joan. Chris, an amazing teacher and lover of life, will be dearly missed by Alexandra's mum Karen and all of his family and friends. The funeral service will take place in St Joseph's RC Church Ushaw Moor on Tuesday January 19, at 11am. Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions, this will be for immediate family and friends only and will be followed by a private burial in the churchyard. In lieu of flowers, any donations in Chris's memory can be kindly sent directly to The Children's Society at www.childrenssociety.org.uk

Sincere condolences to family and friends he was a true inspiration to my children when he worked at Silvertree Primary School. Always jolly and a great conversationalist when I joined him for cigarette breaks. R.I.P Chris
