HEPBURN William Robert Linwood (Bill) Died peacefully on May 17, aged 78. Born in Clydebank, lived in Crook, Toronto, most recently Bishop Auckland. Merchant Navy, draughtsman, entrepreneur and resident drummer at Tindale Workingmens Club. Loving dad of Karen and Garry. Proud grandad of Summer and Amber, loving son of Nana. Respected and beloved cousin of Anne, Ronald, John, Richard, Lynsey, Alison. Nephew to Uncle Ronnie. Uncle Bill and Aunt Helen (R.I.P). Our dad and loving grandad was an amazingly kind, charismatic, fun, enigmatic, intelligent, charming, lovely and generous, gentlemanly caring man. Bill loved his drumming at Tindale Workingmens Club, lovely drives out in the countryside, spending quality time with his daughter, son and granddaughters and company of much loved extended family and friends. My dad was special, he loved life, people and made time for everyone he met, he loved conversation, entertaining with his storytelling, drumming and just being our dad and loving Grandad Bill. Dad I love you I am so going to miss you and your beautiful joyous view on life. Wishing you eternal peace transcending this mortal world.
