HEATHCOTE (Newton Hall) On February 3, after a short illness, Charles Leslie (formerly of Gateshead) aged 73 years. Loving husband of Margaret, devoted dad of Philip and Stephen, sadly missed father-in-law of Nichola and Hannah, a treasured grandad of Jacob, Oliver, Amelia and Adelaide, also a dear brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday February 19. Would family and friends please meet at Durham Crematorium at 1:00pm. Family flowers only please donations may be given after the service to Silver Line.

My good friend Charlie has left the street. He was a star. He built the roof I sleep under. I shall miss you old boy.
