CUMMINGS (Sherburn Village) On October 7 peacefully in hospital, Jack aged 94 years, beloved husband of the late Phyllis, loving dad of David and the late Christine, sadly missed father-in-law of Barbara and George, a treasured grandad of Daniel and Nathan, also a dear uncle of Olive. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, October 22, would family and friends please meet at St Mary's Church Sherburn Village at 2.00pm, prior to interment in Sherburn Village Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations may be given after the service to St Cuthbert's Hospice.
