McNAY Peacefully in hospital on June 11, of Bearpark. Ernie, aged 98 years. Beloved husband of the late Freda, father of Sheila and the late Joyce, father-in-law to Tom and the late Robert, grandfather, great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather, adored by all his family. Friends please meet for service and cremation at Durham Crematorium on Thursday, June 20 at 12.00 noon. Family flowers only please, donations for Cancer Research UK may be given after the service. Friends welcome for refreshments at The Duke of Wellington afterwards.
