CHAPMAN Joan aged 84 years of Brompton on Swale, passed away peacefully at Mount Vale Care Home, Northallerton on October 9. Beloved wife of the late Ken Chapman, much loved mum of David, dear mother-in-law of Heather, loving grandma to Joshua and Sophie and dearly loved sister to Audrey, Ella and the late May. David, family and friends would like to thank St. Teresa's Hospice, Mount Vale and Macmillan Cancer Care for their loving care and support received. Funeral Service at St Paul's Church, Brompton on Swale on Thursday, October 25 at 9.45am, followed by cremation at Darlington at 11.15am and afterwards at Blackwell Grange Hotel, Darlington. All welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired may be given for Macmillan Cancer Care and St. Paul's Church Funds.
