MOLES John Suddenly on October 4, Durham City, John, aged 66 years, Professor of Classics. Devoted husband of Ruth and much loved father of Rachel and Thomas, dear brother to Elizabeth and George. Requiem Eucharist to take place in St Margaret’s Church, Durham on Monday, October 19, at 12.15pm. Private cremation to follow. All are welcome to join the family for refreshments at Crook Hall, Durham City, afterwards (2.00pm). Donations, in lieu of flowers, may be given after the service for the British Heart Foundation or sent C/O N.Alderson Funeral Directors, Flass Terrace, Ushaw Moor, Durham. DH7 7LD.
