Sophie Anna JAKEMAN Have a fabulous 40th Birthday. We'll do our best, in spite of lockdown to make it special for you! Thank you for being a lovely daughter and now doing our shopping online (you know what your dad and I are like with computers!) we know you have a busy life with 4 children plus fiance Dave to look after plus work.
