When are the BAFTA Television Awards on TV? See nominations

It highlights the very best in television broadcast in 2023, with a total of 118 programmes receiving nominations for 47 categories.

This year, the BAFTA Television Awards will feature a special dance theatre performance of Rambert’s Peaky Blinders: The Redemption of Thomas Shelby, as well as an exclusive music performance from chart-topping singer Ella Eyre.

She will perform her new single Ain’t No Love That Blind on stage for the first time.

Who is hosting the BAFTA Television Awards 2024?

The ceremony will be hosted by comedians Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan.

Just some of the presenters handing out awards on the night include Aidan Turner, Clive Myrie, Danny Dyer, Jeff Goldblum, Jessica Gunning, Katherine Ryan, Martin Freeman, Richard Gadd, Rylan Clark, Stephen Merchant and Sir Trevor McDonald.

• Eight nominations for The Crown
• Seven nominations for Demon 79 (Black Mirror)
• Six nominations for Happy Valley, Slow Horses and The Sixth Commandment
• Five nominations for The Last of Us, The Long Shadow and Succession
• Four nominations for Eurovision Song Contest 2023 and Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland
