Sunderland RCA became the first ENL team through to the fourth round of the FA Vase when they beat Tadcaster Albion 4-0 mainly thanks to a hat trick by Colin Larkin last night.
Larkin fired RCA into the lead with a 20 yarder after 15 minutes, and he made it 2-0 just after half time from a Stephen Callen pass.
The former Hartlepool striker completed his hat trick from the penalty spot after Michael Charlton was pushed to the ground. Charlton fired the fourth in the last minute.
The RCA will now be at home to Sleaford from the United Counties League next month.
The fourth round draw as it affects the north east is: South Shields or Morpeth Town v North Shields or Runcorn Town, Uttoxeter Town or Coleshill v Dunston UTS or Seaham Red Star, Sunderland RCA v Sleaford Town, Newton Aycliffe or Atherton Collieries v Marske United or Team Northumbria.
Ties to be played on January 9th 2016
